Well, I've just started my first semester at the University of North Texas.  I've spent the last two years off from school, and the three years before that were at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  Let's see if it's possible for me to finish my undergraduate degree by the end of 2008 (hey, it'll only be a semester longer than I originally planned, even if I was supposed to graduate in 2006 based on when I started college).

Now for the interests...I'm very much into collecting music (both official records and CDs and trading for unofficial recordings).  My musical tastes fall all over the map...genre doesn't matter to me...it's whether or not I think it's good that really counts.  I'm also a bit of a computer geek...maybe bonafide computer geek depending on your definition...I built my current PC and run Linux on it, so it interpret that as you will.  I'm usually an avid reader, but I seem to have slacked off so far this summer--must keep up with my personal reading goals.  I also happen to knit, and I'm pretty damned good at it too...would you expect less from someone who's been knitting for more than half her life?
